When using any of Imation's registered trademarks, we ask that you follow
appropriate rules concerning trademark usage. The following are general
rules for the use of Imation Corp.'s trademarks. For a more detailed

Imation Corp. trademarks must never be:
- Hyphenated
- Abbreviated
- Made possesive
- Used as a noun or verb
- Used in parody
- Followed by "customers"
- Translated into a foreign language (exceptions: the Imation word mark in Arabic Script in United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Saudia Arabia, and Tunisia; Katakana in Japan; Chinese (Yi Min Xin){3rd Chinese Version} in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; Cyrillic in Bulgaria, Russia, and Ukraine; Hindu in Indonesia; Korean in Korea; and Thai in Thailand)
Always use an Imation Corp. trademark as an adjective that modifies
a product descriptor/generic product terminology.
Always display the "TM" notice once after the first text
use of each Imation Corp. trademark in any piece. Examples include
printed
publications, computer screen displays, digital files, PDF files, etc.
Always refer to Imation Corp.'s ownership of its trademarks, if any
are used in a single piece. For example, "Imation and the Imation
logo are trademarks of Imation Corp."
