Job Overview

Responsibilities Able to operate with minimal supervision and guidance Ability to analyze diverse quality problems to result in solutions Knowledge and experience of ISO process Train distribution personnel in the use of quality techniques Verify the quality of a variety of products, pallets and processes to affect continuous quality improvements Set-up and implement quality conformance criteria and control charts and monitor for adherence to standards Coordinate all required training for associates in the warehouse Ability to hold training sessions effectively Ability to multitask and show organizational skills Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with managers, supervisors, fellow associates, and outside customers Ability to develop standardized quality processes Pro-actively see that all employees are trained in a standardized process Develop, implement, and train employees in multiple environments (on shop floor, classroom, daily shift meetings, etc.) Coordinate training events with internal and external training sources Address concerns w/employees regarding the use of “Best Practices” Provide input to managers regarding individual employee training progress Store product within the warehouse ensuring proper location and elimination of damage and misplacement

Skills Knowledge of ISO process and certifications Ability to analyze diverse quality problems to result in solutions Ability to track Training Records Ability to Multitask Must be knowledgeable in several areas (picking, verification, receiving, etc.) Knowledge of Computer terminals Education Bachelors Degree - Preferred Experience 3-5 Years - Preferred (Quality Assurance)
