Job Overview

Responsible for improving and maintaining the coating processes at Weatherford, Oklahoma's Coater 52. Responsibilities Monitor and improve equipment runtime and utilization. Provide process engineering support and training to operations. Maintain records and reporting systems to report equipment performance metrics. Implement cost savings projects which will result in cost justification and analysis. Implement quality improvement projects. Work closely with maintenance on equipment maintenance programs. Interface with R&D on new development programs and new product introductions. Interface with Product and Quality engineering organization on customer improvement programs. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
