Job Overview
Imation Corp. is the growing marketer of the Memorex brand in consumer electronics, recordable optical media and other computer related products. We have a solid history upon which we’re building a remarkable future! Our fast-paced, high-expectation environment seeks a talented Inside Sales Representative. Key responsibilities for meeting sales and GM quotas, price management and S&OP planning:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plan consistent with business unit objectives.
  • Communicate sales opportunities to marketing and drive change to objectives
  • Relationship mapping.
  • Manage the accounts pricing file.
  • Implement price increases.
  • Maintain current financial pro-forma.
  • Monitor and disseminate competitive activities.
  • Maintains and develops products and industry expertise in all relevant product groups and industries.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will possess Direct selling experience within the consumer electronics industry. This position will require you to implement strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate objectives. You will be required to ensure customer requirements are met, sales and profits grow, and planning is founded on solid forecasting and market (including competitive information) and sales statistics analysis.

Skills
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Finance and business accumen.
  • Proven strong negotiation skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint expertise.
  • Experience at or selling into Best Buy a definite plus!
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
  • Bachelors Degree - Required (Sales & Marketing)
  • Masters Degree - Preferred (Sales & Marketing)
Experience
  • 5-10 Years - Preferred (Sales & Marketing)
