Buyer for MRO materials used at Juarez Objectives Purchase MRO materials for Juarez Stockroom (LTO, 3590, 3590E, 9840, 9940, NGD Lines) Purchase components from CDI to Imation Purchase and manage servo heads and drives Expectations The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor Degree with Procurement experience preferred. Demonstrate the ability to Process orders on a timely basis Conduct quotes Maintain supplier Relationships Measure Supplier Performance Multitask Participate in cross -functional teams (ie meeting facilitation, team-building, communication management) Some travel required. Responsibilities Purchase Order processing MRO, FG, and Components used or assembled at Juarez Manage invoice and payment issues for suppliers to Juarez Gather quotations, examines bids, and complete purchase activities as needed. Integration of purchase practices to maintain Juarez MRO inventory at planned levels. Expedite and monitor the movement of materials throughout the purchase process Evaluates supplier reliability, recommends new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate.

Qualifications

Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor Degree with Sourcing experience preferred. Demonstrate the ability to process orders, communicate verbally and in written form, conduct quotes, maintain supplier relationships, measure supplier performance, multitask, and participate in cross -functional teams (ie meeting facilitation, team-building, communication management). Skills Successful candidates will havedemonstrated competencies with Oracle, Microsoft Office Software tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel). Technical competency and understanding of processing equipment a plus. Multi-language skills in Spanish a plus Education Bachelors Degree - Required (Management) Experience 0-3 Years - Preferred (Supply Chain-- Sourcing) 0-3 Years - Preferred (Technician)
