With the opening of Imation/ Memorex's new 780,000 square-feet Mega Distribution Center in Southaven, MS, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated hardworking individual to join the team as “Traffic Order Coordinator". This individual will be responsible for the transportation of products. The Mega Distribution Center will support U.S. based Consumer Retail and Business to Business operations. Responsibilities Release, separates, and sorts orders Prints Shipping labels Arrange transportation pick-ups Routes orders due to customer compliance and updates websites or via fax Consolidates orders to insure lowest shipping cost. Works closely with Customer Service to expedite order flow and handling Assist with export documentation when required. Completes monthly departmental status reports Updates routing guide Assists in other departments when needed

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess Skills 3-5 years warehouse experience MS Office computer skills; warehouse computer system knowledge (Oracle) a plus Solid communication skills Excellent customer service skills Education High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred Experience 3-5 Years - Preferred
