Imation's Global Training and Development Organization supports Imation's business goals through employee and organizational development. Working in partnership with each business unit's Human Resource Manager and training personnel, Global Training's purpose is to:
- Ensure availability of quality training and development programs that meet the needs of our business and our employees
- Provide expertise in future directions/trends in training and development
- Ensure consistency
of learning across organizations and geographies
