What is ACCESS Enterprise and what benefits result from its use?
ACCESS Enterprise is a software package that offers a managed deployment of Defender devices. Benefits are:
Control device configurations and corporate security policies that determine how devices can be used. Provide help desk support when necessary for end users who have problems authenticating. Perform data recovery operations on a device for audit and compliance reasons. Provide optional antivirus protection on the Defender devices.

What products are supported with ACCESS Enterprise?
Support is provided for the Defender Collection of devices, including the F100, F150, F200 + Bio flash drives and the H100 and H200 + Bio hard drives.

When transferring data to a removable USB device, a Windows message displays indicating the insufficient space is available or the transfer cannot be made. This may occur before the device is completely filled.

Windows has several limitations on file sizes that may be causing this error message.
Most Imation flash drives have a file format of FAT32. The structure of FAT32 only allows a maximum file size of 4GB. Files larger than this will result in the drive full message. One solution is to reformat the removable storage to NTFS. Information and precautions for doing this are contained in the NTFS article .
When files are being transferred to a removable device, there is a limitation of 512 or fewer files in the root directory for a FAT formatted drive. More than this cause an error message. The solution is creation of folders in the root to contain the transferred files. There are no practical limitations (up to 65,000) on the number of files in a folder.
