After creating and finalizing the disc the customer places the disc into a duplicator and creates duplicate copies. They may wonder if this is legal or if they are violating the End User License Agreement.

Copying the blank disc is not allowed and is a violation of the EULA. Copying the blank disc does not work as the software is tied to a special code on the blank disc.
Once the disc is finalized/closed no further editing can be done to the files on the disc. You maythen create as many copies as needed. The password and content on the disc will remain the same for all copies.
The feature of the software that prevents thecustomer from making copies of the open-state disc and using the software on discs other than those specially manufactured is not activated once the disc is finalized. No further writing to the disc is possible. The password is needed to launch the software however; functionality is limited to “read only”.
