Imation's Stealth Zone-enabled devices provide employees with a highly secure, ‘work anywhere, any time’ computing environment on a secure USB device. The user plugs a managed, secure portable IMS flash drive that is enabled with Stealth Zone into their home computer, laptop or almost any unsecured Windows PC, and boots from the device. After user authentication, they gain access to the fully isolated workspace that is pre-loaded on the device. Since computing occurs solely within the trusted environment of the device, applications and data are kept separate from the unsecured PC’s hardware and are therefore protected from threats.
