Higher Capacity Color Cartridges

To use the higher capacity color cartridges in the D20 Disc Publisher upgrade the following components. Neither the Mac or PC update changes the plug-and-play ID.

Note: It is very important to install these changes in the sequence shown below. The firmware MUST be updated before changing the printer driver. All four upgrades, firmware, printer driver, PTPublisher and SureThing (for PC), must be installed.

1. Update Firmware

2. Update the Printer Driver

Driver Update - D20 Disc Publisher OS: Mac Version: 1.01 Please extract the content to a folder/floppy.	Download Now

To install the PC driver run the self extracting exe which extracts to the c:\D20Driver folder. Then follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Start Menu - Control Panel - Printer and Faxes
2. Right click on the Printer - Choose Properties
3. Click on the Advanced Tab
4. Click on New Driver
5. Click Next
6. Click Have Disk...
7. Click Browse
8. Click My Computer - Open the C-Drive - Click on the c:\D20 Driver folder - Click on the .inf file that appears in the folder
9. Click Open
10. Click OK
11. Click Next
12. Click Finish
13. You will be prompted that the driver doesn't pass Windows Logo Testing or the publisher can not be verified. Click Continue Anyway or Install Anyway.
14. Driver files will be installed
15. Reboot the computer

3. Update the Duplication Software

4. Update the Label Editor Software (PC only)
