Limited Warranty

Imation warrants that our Earthwise™ remanufactured toner cartridges will be free from defects in both material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase when stored and used under normal conditions. If the product fails during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at Imation's option. This cartridge is warranted not to damage a printer, copier or fax when stored, installed and used in accordance with instructions and under normal conditions.

This warranty is provided only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. Imation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights - you may have other rights that vary from country to country.

An independent, organization of volunteers that work under very strict rules that force objectivity to write test methods.

STMC (Standardized Test Methods Committee)

This global committee formed to find and promote standardized test methods for the printer cartridge industry. The test methods are used to evaluate toner printer cartridge performance. Standardized test methods make it possible to evaluate a cartridge anywhere and come up with the same test results no matter who tests it. Standardized tests do not specify how a cartridge must perform; they only measure it.
